We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac. The homes are located on at least 1 acre of land, so there is natural space between the homes, which allows you to enjoy the peaceful Sonoran Desert environment.

Guest Access

Guests will have sole access to the 3492 sq foot house and adjacent patio, pool/spa, front courtyard, and driveway. Guests will not have any access to the garage. The host may access the garage occasionally during daylight hours.

We stayed at Ingrid's property for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Our plane got severely delayed and Ingrid agreed to come over to the house and meet the doordash driver at 8:30pm, and bring the food in the house for our midnight arrival! That was awesome! Upon arrival, there was a vase of fresh flowers, and a basket of local treats including really good chocolates, Arizona marmalade, fresh meyer lemons. The kitchen was very well appointed, house very clean and well maintained, beds comfortable, lovely pool/hot tub setting and dramatic mountain views etc...... they run a very efficient business and work hard to get the details right. Hope to visit again!

This is a beautiful comfortable home in a very peaceful setting with stunning views of the Catalina mountains. Ingrid was a super responsive hostess who anticipated and responded quickly to every need and comfort. It was super clean and tastefully furnished. The highest recommendation is well deserved. Ingrid’s home was perfect for our family of seven plus a 4 year old and infant. The kitchen was well appointed with extras! All of our needs were met! The outside pool and spa were perfect! The neighborhood had a nearby grocery store, restaurants, nail spa, ice cream, and fresh juice. I would certainly recommend this home!

Our stay at Catalina Breeze far exceeded any of our expectations. From the moment we entered Ingrid’s beautiful and stunning home, we were immediately greeted with her personal touches welcoming us to Tucson. Ingrids’s attention to detail are noticeable throughout her home. Anything you can think of that you might need to make your stay more comfortable, Ingrid had already thought of…right down to new slippers for all the guests. The amenities are all top of the line, and if a night in is what you desire, cooking or grilling is a delight along with the special treat of eating outside under their string lights and the brilliant stars of Tucson. All I can say is beware, because once you stay at Catalina Breeze, you will forever be spoiled by any other Airbnb you find. Thank you Ingrid! You were absolutely the best host we’ve ever encountered in all of our travels. We will definitely be back and can’t wait for our next stay at Catalina Breeze.

Ingrid’s house was so beautiful and comfortable. It most definitely exceeded my expectations. This was my first time renting an Airbnb and Ingrid has set the bar high. Our stay here was everything we hoped for and more! Our family (6 adults / 3 couples) stayed for a week and it was a fabulous home, setup, and layout for our visit. My in-laws have somewhat limited mobility so it was great that 3 of the bedrooms were on the main level (although it was 2 steps down to those rooms so not entirely flat). But overall it felt SUPER spacious and people could have their own space if they wanted some alone time. Ingrid anticipated our every need - little things go a long way when you’re traveling! From providing thoughtful welcome items, full-sized toiletries in the bathrooms, ample towels/paper products/laundry supplies - to having clearly labeled light switches and tech instruction sheets around the house, we felt simultaneously “right at home” and also pretty much like we were at resort. I hope we can come back again and continue to explore all that Tucson has to offer from this lovely desert retreat!

Our favorite rental house by far, felt like our own private retreat. Ingrid has masterfully stocked the home with everything you’d want in your own desert vacation home. From the delightful surprises awaiting us at check in to the occasional check in to be sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking at homes for a gathering in Tucson, this one proved to be a real treat for us. If we can, we will be back for sure!

What a stunning rental. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this incredible airbnb. We really had the perfect stay here in the Catalina Hills. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. The pool was gorgeous and warm. At night we had magical dinners on the patio overlooking the desert. Comfy beds! Privacy. Excellent stay. This rental is the real deal. I’d come back in a heart beat.

First and foremost, Ingrid is an awesome host. She made check in and checkout a breeze. Just like the name of the house. Ingrid had offered to greet us upon our late arrival at the home. I thanked but that wouldn't work for us as we were going to see our daughter who is at U Of A first before going to the home and we also went grocery shopping t Upon arrival we had received on the kitchen counter fresh baked bread from a local bakery, jam and fresh flowers. Her commitment to the renters is beyond. She checked in with me first day to see if everything was ok and could she do anything to help us. Catalina Breeze is a beautiful home nestled in the lower foothills of the Catilina Mountains. The home has amazing mountain views along with a bit of city view. Catalina Breeze is a fully stocked home with nice linens, towels and all the amenities that you need. Ingrid even supplies bubble bath for the primary suite along with face washes etc. in all bathrooms. I would not hesitate to rebook.
